A fix was made to allow business reports to be printed.

When you modify a property from available to unavailable, you will be asked if the property has been leased
or sold, and whether the lease or sale was a result of the Indianapolis Economic Development Portal.
When you delete a property, you will be asked if the property has been leased or sold, and whether the lease
or sale was a result of the Indianapolis Economic Development Portal. You will also be reminded that instead
of deleting a property, it can be made "unavailable".
